| Mr. Geis was graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1975 with a BSEE degree
and again in 1976 with an MSEE degree. Mr. Geis has a strong background in Electrical Engineering as a designer, manufacturer
and as a company owner. His technical experience includes numerous system designs that have utilized DSP’s, embedded microprocessors,
RF, networking, ASICs, digital, gate arrays, communications, sensor interfaces, and analog/power subsystems. Mr. Geis’s hardware
experience ranges from concept design through production documentation, including block diagrams, circuit design, PCB layout,
BOM’s and assembly drawings. Mr. Geis has experience in software development including assembly through “C” for several microprocessors
and DSP’s, operating system design, network interface, user and peripheral interface, and high level application code. Mr. Geis founded
Xcellon, Inc. to design and manufacture control home automation equipment. He also founded IntelliNet, Inc. to design and manufacture
a product called Alladin, a home based management system. He served as president through 12/89, developing the business, hiring employees
and securing venture capital. As a Forensic Engineer, Mr. Geis has investigated many electrical fires, electrocutions and
electronic system failures.
